Don’t Buy Into Acai Berry Scams

Acai berry scams have literally come up all over the internet. It seems like every website you visit is advertising one of these scams.

The history of the acai berry is very rich. It was first found by the natives of the Amazon rain forest and they have used it for thousands of years in order to keep them in peak physical shape.

Around the early 80’s the acai berry finally made it’s way to North America where it wasn’t widely used due to the bitter taste the berry has.

Once scientists were able to put all the nutrients from the berry into pill form though the berry literally took off. It seemed that no matter where you went people were talking about this berry and how much weight men and women alike were losing due to it.

But a few con men decided to get in on the money being spent on this new acai berry. They decided to offer the berry to consumers in the form of a free trial - they’d offer the free trial as long as the consumer paid the shipping costs. Once the consumer entered the shipping information they would be billed every few weeks whether the consumer wants to keep going or not!

This was pretty tricky and they continue to make a boat load of money by doing this. Most consumers just cancel and don’t really mind being out a hundred dollars or so but it really bothers me when I think that people think acai is a scam when that couldn’t be further from the truth.

Spotting acai berry scams is not a tough thing to do. Just make sure you don’t buy any product that is very costly or that has a free trial. Although acai is a great way to feel better and lose weight the way some people market it is just terrible. By doing your homework you can easily avoid acai berry scams.
