Lose Weight Rapidly, 5 Steps To Rapid Weight Loss

If you are finally ready to lose weight, whether it’s 10 lbs or 100, follow these 5 steps to rapid weight loss and you can succeed. It doesn’t have to be hard, but it will take commitment and you have to follow the plan.
1. Avoid Soda
Sugar filled drinks like soda and energy drinks are a huge source of empty calories in most peoples diets. The caffeine and chemicals in them also cause your body to retain water and store fat. Staying away from these drinks will give you instant results both in weight loss and in your energy levels each day.
2. Drink More Water
Even though this advice seems like it’s been said a thousand times, it needs to be said again and again and again. Drinking more water flushes your body, keeps it hydrated and allows it to release more fat. The next time you’re thirsty, grab a glass of water rather than a soda or coffee.
3. Don’t Be a Pig
It may be old advice, but it’s true no matter what. Maybe you enjoy food too much or maybe you let yourself get too hungry, but if you want rapid weight loss, you have to push the play away. It is best to stop halfway through a meal, drink a glass of water, then see if you’re still hungry. Chances are you could still eat, but you probably won’t be hungry.
4. Avoid Artificial Sugar
The artificial sugars that are found in diet sodas and other “light” drinks trick your body into thinking it is drinking normal sugar. When this happens, your body craves real sugar and you suddenly have a driving need for sweets or overeating to feed the craving. This inevitably leads to more weight loss in the end.
5. Get Plenty of Sleep
If you want to lose more weight fast, you have to get enough sleep. If you don’t sleep a full 7.5-8 hours a night, your body will start to produce a chemical telling it to store more fat, which makes it even harder to lose weight no matter what you do. You’re not doing yourself any favors by skipping a nights sleep.
The 5 steps just listed are some of the best steps you can take for rapid weight loss. I used these steps with those outlined in my Diet Blueprint to lose over 20 lbs in 20 days almost effortlessly. If you take it seriously and follow the steps, you will be living in your dream body in no time.

How many times have you purchased a diet program or a diet pill that promised you will “Get Trim Fast” or have the pounds melting off of you in a matter of weeks? We’ve all done it; boy I sure have. But after sinking our hard earned money into these schemes, we soon discover we can’t keep with it, so we give up — and most likely end up in worse shape than when you started! You want to look your best, that’s why you are here reading this article; and you know the health benefits of being trim and losing weight are so beneficial to a healthy lifestyle — it’s common sense. But then why are roughly 65% of American’s overweight? The diet plans out there, most of them anyway, simply don’t work. The good news is, you really can get trim fast, and enjoy that rapid weight loss that will make heads turn in no time!
First, I highly recommend anyone starting out on a weight loss program to seek out your doctors recommendation for the best weight loss regimen for you. There are many diet program out there, some work, some are fads, and some are just unhealthy ” your doctors oversight and recommendation is a critical step to ensuring not only your short term weight loss goals, but life changing results. Here are 6 rapid weight loss tips that will have you shredding inches in no time and get the body you want fast:
1. Balance. Healthy and rapid weight loss consists of several key components: Positive attitude, exercise (aerobic and anaerobic), nutrition, and in some cases, diet supplements. Bring these three (or four) components into your daily lifestyle. Your nutrition plan should be a healthy balance of low glycemic carbohydrates, lean proteins, and healthy fats (ie peanuts, salmon, olive oil, etc.). Incorporate an exercise plan that starts out with at least 15 minutes per day of cardio (walking, biking, etc.) and gradually increase the intensity and duration as your body adjusts.
2. Set goals — make them hard, but not impossible! If you are a 45 year old woman weighing 175, don’t set a goal of weighing 125 if you haven’t been that weight since high school! That’s likely not going to happen. But do make it a challenge. In the beginning, you might struggle to get out of bed in the morning and do that jog, but keep at it, and you’ll be glad you did. Determination, and focus is the key to weight loss.
3. When your body talks, listen. Don’t assume that the same program that worked for your brother or best friend is going to work for you. We’re all different. We all have different rates of metabolism, or endurance levels, or muscle strength. If you overdo it, give yourself a rest. The key is, find a program that starts on the appropriate fitness level you currently are at — if you were a couch potato, find a program that is geared toward beginners. Additionally, ensure you are including strength training for quick weight loss! The more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism will be and the more fat you will burn!
4. Put fiber on your pedestal! I don’t know why this seems like such a secret, since it’s rarely ever mentioned in diet plans — but fiber has an amazing effect on boosting your weight loss! It acts as an appetite suppressant making you feel full quickly, it takes longer to digest so you stay full longer, it’s loaded with vitamin and minerals, and it has this amazing effect of increasing your insulin levels which sky-rocket your metabolism! With that increased metabolic rate, you’ll have more energy, and you’ll be burning more calories all day.
5. Stay far away from trans and saturated fats! Fried foods and deep friend foods are your enemy, and will stunt any quick weight loss goals you might have. They contain large amounts of saturated and trans fats. That brings your metabolic rate to a slow crawl. It also gives you high cholesterol which is bad for year heart and cardiovascular system. In general, it just plain is bad for you and pumps up your body fat. Stay with broiled or grilled lean proteins like turkey, seafood, and say “NO” to fried foods.
6. Water, water, water. Did I say water? Proper hydration is crucial for a healthy rapid weight loss plan. You should be drinking at LEAST eight glasses of water daily, and more based on your exersize and diet plan. High-protein/low-carb diets as well as higher intensity exercise programs require more water. Additionally, water eliminates the body’s waste, which is essential to rapid weight loss.
7. Forget about low fat diets. That’s a shocker huh? Truth is, they don’t work. American’s have been sold that low fat diet myth now for over 20 years and, are we any slimmer? No, quite the contrary. We need fat in our diets, in fact, you can’t effectively or quickly lose body fat without it. However, don’t go running out and ordering those french fries, we already covered that in point #5. You need health fats. Fats like monounsaturated (olive, peanut, or canola oils) and polyunsaturated fats (like fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts). Your body needs them, it’s an appetite suppressant and stunts hunger. Just keep in mind, to lose weight, we reduce our caloric intake, not eliminate fats.
So there you have it, your seven powerful tips to get you down the road to quick weight loss. Remember, discipline and consistency is the key. Focus on good, healthy nutrition, reduced calories, gradually more intensive fitness routines, and the right amount of supplements. Do this consistently. Do it daily. Make it a lifestyle change. Every day it will become easier, and once you notice the results, you will amaze even yourself. Follow those 7 tips and you’ll be well on your way to a slimmer, healthier, and trimmer you.
