The term “detox” has become quite the buzz word these days. You can hardly open the paper or turn on the TV without learning about some new potion or pill that claims to detoxify your system. Well, you might be wondering if you need to worry about detoxifying as well. The answer is yes! No matter what method you choose, these days detoxification is an important component to include in any health, weight loss or prevention regimen. Here’s why..

We live in incredibly advanced and complicated times where much of what we take into our bodies on a daily basis was never meant to be there. For example, there are over 70,000 chemicals used commercially today which lead to more than 4 billion pounds of toxic chemicals being released into the environment each year– bi-products of processes such as manufacturing, production and transportation. 4 Billion Pounds! Not to mention the fact that 72 Million Of Those Are Known Carcinogens, or Cancer Causing Agents.

Even our water is under assault. It was recently discovered that the water supplies of most major US cities contain traces of a wide variety of pharmaceutical drugs, ranging from sleeping aids to baldness cures, medicines for depression and other psychological disorders– things you don’t want hanging around in your drinking water! Even traces of rocket fuel (yes you read that correctly!) are being found in the water we drink and the food we eat. With all of this evidence, is there any wonder why disease and obesity are at an all time high?

You don’t need me to point out that these manmade substances were never meant to enter your body. But your body takes in everything you are exposed to in some fashion or another. Therefore, no matter how hard you try to live a healthy lifestyle, toxins are entering your system faster than ever before. In fact, some studies show that on any given day you can count on 30,000 foreign substance entering your body. Now that’s a lot to process even for our exquisitely designed bodies!

But there is hope! Juice Fasting Detoxification can maintain and even restore optimal health despite the bombardment of toxins we face today. It’s the the smartest, easiest and quickest solution to remaining clean from the inside out. Obviously, with this such contamination in the world, even a health-obsessed person should consider a juice fasting detoxification plan.

Juice fasting detoxification is done by ingesting large quantities of highly nutritious, enzyme rich fruits and vegetables in order to make sure that your body gets an abundance of the the vitamins and minerals it needs to rebuild. This boosts your immune system, the very thing under attack, and also gives your body much needed rest. Because you are juicing the vegetable, you are taking care of the ‘breaking down’ process and thus temporarily eliminating the need for digestion. This very fact alone frees up a whopping 75% or more your energy! And considering that the body has a built in house keeping mechanism that goes to work scrubbing your cells clean any chance it get, this energy does not go to waste! Instead, it goes toward cleansing and purifying you from the inside out and eliminating these harmful substances from your body and your life! (Imagine tiny scrub brushes polishing your cells clean!)

Considering the stress our bodies are put under by constantly being bombarded with harmful substances, juice fasting detoxification should be included as an important tool in the survival kit of every person living in the 21st century. Considering that it’s a simple and natural method for detoxifying, increasing energy, facilitating the loss of unwanted pounds and even eliminating a whole host of medical conditions, it’s easy to see why juice fasting detoxification is one of the very best things you can do to reclaim or maintain vitality and vibrant health!

Juice Fasting for Weight Loss

Let’s face it. Diets don’t work! If you don’t have first hand experience with that notion, ask anyone who has tried and failed to lose weight a dozen times or more. The dieting merry-go-round, as I like to call it, can be brutally discouraging and frustrating, not to mention that it plummets your self esteem to an all time low! “What’s wrong with me?!” you think. “Why can’t I find the right diet, program or pill?!” And once you think have, you wonder why you can’t stick to it. Juice fasting to the resue!

There is one fundamental reason as to why you haven’t been able to loose the pounds despite your most dogged and sincere efforts. And that reason boils down to one word– TOXICITY! All disease– including excess weight– stems from the same problem. It’s the result of a build up of waste materials in the body. In fact, I often tell my clients that fat is their friend. And after the look of bewilderment dissolves from their faces, I proceed to tell them that it’s fat that’s keeping their bodies safe from the harm of toxins. Let me explain…

You see fat has one purpose– to buffer toxins. Just like an oyster will wrap a single grain of sand in an alkaline substance (the pearl) to prevent aggravation, so do our bodies wrap foreign contaminants. Only our bodies wrap them in fat! So, the more toxic you are, the more fat cells you will have and the more frustrated you will be. And that’s why diets don’t work! They don’t address the underlying CAUSE of your weight problem in the first place. But the solution is simple… DETOXIFY.

Arguably the best way to help your body detoxify from the onslaught of environmental and food related toxicity that we are faced with today AND eliminate the source of your weight problem at once, is to use the age old, time tested technique of Juice Fasting. Juice fasting for weight loss has helped countless people eliminate their weight problems permanently because rather than being a ‘diet’, it is designed to simultaneously flush your body free of toxins AND saturate it with enzyme rich fruit and vegetable juices. This in turn sets up optimum conditions for your body to release the excess weight for good. (And to thrive!)

There are two main reasons why people are finding it so difficult to lose weight and keep it off these days. First is the fact that toxic substances are bombarding our bodies on a constant basis. The list of foreign agents in our food, air and water that have a negative cumulative impact on our health goes on and on. Second is that people are consuming far more calories than ever before. This is due to the fact the the majority of our food supply has become watered down and denatured due to processing and unsound farming practices, causing us to require twice as many calories to get the same amount of nutrition we would have had to have consumed only decades ago. Therefore people keep eating in order to satisfy their cravings which are simply signals from the body calling out to satisfy it’s nutritional needs!

Juice fasting for weight loss takes both these of issue and swiftly nips them in the bud. Built around the simple idea that by flooding your body with abundant quantities of high quality bioavailable nutrition in the form of enzyme rich fruit and vegetable juices, the body’s nutritional needs are satisfied and cravings disappear. Then, once the the body gets its nutritional requirements satisfied and fulfilled, it goes to work detoxifying your entire system and scrubbing clean each of your 80 trillion cells. Because all nutrition is ”juiced”, the need for digestion (which can take up to a whopping 70% of your energy!) is eliminated and the body can spend that energy cleaning up the mess that is causing you to remain overweight despite any and all dieting efforts.

So as you can see, juice fasting for weight loss is by far the most efficient and health affirming way to jump-start your body and get you looking and feeling fabulous fast! And since there are no side effects, besides radiantly glowing skin, sparkling eyes and the energy of a ten year old, can you think of any reason not to give it a try?!

Burn Fat While You Sleep

The internet is a great place to do business with fat loss products. By getting good search engine positions you can have success. If someone searches for “Diet Meal Plan”, “Best Medical Weight Loss” or “Diabetes Low Carb Diet“, you want them to come to your site.

Dozens of studies indicate that the appropriate dietary practices, coupled with regular exercise, will induce simultaneous muscle gain and fat loss without counting calories. Physiologists are discovering that the quality of the calories you consume is far more important than the overall quantity. Likewise, the quality of the food is far more important than the food group to which it be-longs.

The best way to attain fat loss is through a combination of resistance training and intense, short-duration exercise. Resistance training builds muscle and, a little muscle goes a long way toward increasing metabolic rate, caloric expenditure, and fat burning. Likewise, brief intervals of intense exercise induce a hormonal response that increases resting metabolic rate and increases overall fat burning for up to two days.

Muscle toning equals fat burning. Every ounce of toned muscle you possess increases around the clock fat burning. Protein is the most important macronutrient in your muscle-toning arsenal.

Growth hormone is a major player in numerous metabolic processes. By stimulating the release of insulin-like growth factor (IGF-l) from the liver, growth hormone is indirectly responsible for long bone growth in children. In adults, the combined effects of growth hormone and IGF-l do everything from reducing body fat, to promoting muscle tissue development, to preventing cosmetic symptoms of aging such as thinning skin.

It might seem fairly obvious, but the complete explanation is exceedingly complicated. In essence, however, it all boils down to homeostasis, which is really just a fancy word for physiological balance, or equilibrium. The more steadfast and unfaltering our overall homeostasis is the better our state of health.

Omega-3 essential fatty acids don’t just lower bad cholesterol. They also raise good cholesterol while decreasing the risk of heart disease and heart attack. Fish oil supplementation has also been credited with boosting immune function, lowering blood pressure, and reducing your risk for vessel disease, stroke, obesity, autoimmune disease, and diabetes.

Stone Age humans did not eat commercially prepared baked goods or deep fried fast foods. Hence, their diets were essentially free of the deadly trans-fatty acids that plague our modern menus. Likewise, hunter-gatherers did not have ready access to the polyunsaturated vegetable oils with their ill-boding, pro-inflammatory omega-6 to omega3 essential fatty acid ratios.

No More Bread’ Obviously, grains can be consumed in moderate quantities by most people without causing any overt signs of disease. Unfortunately, if you think about it, covert disease and widespread, low grade, chronic inflammation is what usually does us in! By the time the symptoms of chronic illnesses like diabetes, autoimmune disorders, cancer, and heart disease manifest, the damage has already been done and it is often too late to reverse the degenerative changes that will Impact the quality of the remainder of our lives. We did not evolve eating grains.

Your physique will literally transform before your eyes as every passing week brings visible, tangible improvements. By now, along with increased muscle tone, a leaner body composition, and a revved metabolism, you’ve also gained new strength, stamina, and coordination. You are probably finding that the 20-minute routine has become progressively less challenging.

One of the big business opportunities online is the weight loss industry. You can get sales from organic searches if you get the right searches to find your site. You can do well with “Low Fat Diet No”, and also “Online Weight Loss Contest”.

Food Pyramid Weight Loss

If you want to sell weight loss products, you can use the internet as a good medium. By getting good search engine positions you can have success. Some good keyword phrases would be “Fruit And Vegetable Diet For Weight Loss“, “Kids Weight Loss” and “Rice Diet Meal”.

As a fatty acid subclass, saturated fat has undergone conspicuous vilification over the past thirty years because of its alleged connection to obesity and heart disease. Although a diet that is high in saturated fat may raise total cholesterol, some researchers contend that there is little direct evidence linking saturated fat to either weight gain or heart disease. According to several extensive reviews of existing research data, statistically speaking, saturated fat does not appear to make us flabbier, nor does it appear to raise our risk for a cardiac event.

From the moment we are conceived until the moment we draw our last breath, our life represents a glorious and temporarily successful battle against the most lethal force in the universe, entropy, the tendency towards chaos. Our very existence as living organisms relies on a precariously maintained balance between interdependent systems and processes. Should even a tiny component of this bewildering array of life sustaining functions be thrown off kilter, it damages our health and jeopardizes our ability to offset future disturbances.

Everything from heart disease and autoimmune disorders to more aesthetic concerns like poor body composition and wrinkled skin owes its existence to chronic inflammation. In addition to marbleized beef and polyunsaturated vegetable oils, the turn of the century gave Americans one more reason to die young. In 1897 someone got the bright idea to take polyunsaturated vegetable oil and hydrogenate it, a process that entails heating the oil to very high temperatures in order to disrupt the double bonds within the carbon chains of the fatty acids.

Bench dips target triceps, deltoids, and pectorals. Bench dips eradicate upper arm jiggle. The primary benefits are upper body strength, stamina, and coordination.

More than a quarter of a century later, the repercussions of low fat eating can still be felt in our collective subconscious. Ironically, our fear of fat has played a massive role in making us the fattest population in the history of the planet.

Gram for gram, fat contains more than twice the calories found in either protein or carbohydrate. But despite its high calorie content, dietary fat does not make you fat. In fact, current research indicates that the exact opposite is true that you need to eat fat in order to burn fat.

How do you take the high out of high glycemic index’ Well, sometimes you don’t need to. When researchers conduct studies to determine the glycemic index of different carbohydrates, they use a standard 50gram serving (about 200 calories worth) of the food they are indexing.

How do these figures translate in terms of our health as a nation’ Put simply, nearly two thirds of Americans are at an increased risk of developing high blood pressure, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, and arthritis as a direct result of their weight. Many of these same individuals will also encounter job discrimination and social rejection, suffer from low self-esteem and depression, and die prematurely.

The meal plan, which emphasizes healthy protein, carbohydrate, and fat sources, involves no calorie counting, no complicated systems, and no messy portion measuring. There are no upper limits placed on healthy choice food consumption, so you never have to feel hungry or deprived. Best of all, you won’t need to hire a chef to make your meals palatable.

A good online business can be selling weight loss products. Learn which search terms help you make money. A couple of good search terms might be “Diet And Excercise Tips”, and “Lose My Tummy Fat”.

Boxing Offers Great Workout Opportunities

April 22, 2009 by Benedict Hunter

Training to box is a high-intensity workout regimen that will make you healthier and much more physically fit. It is one of the most powerful programs out there today to help you achieve the strong, attractive body you desire, become more agile, and boost self-esteem. It is a total body workout that cannot be beaten.

A growing number of people are participating in boxing training as a form of regular exercise. These programs are especially good at developing arm and leg muscles. They also work on less tangible qualities like self-confidence and emotional gravity.

Develop a knockout body

A few years ago, members of the health care industry realized the great benefits you can get from training to box. These include improved heart function and muscle tone, to name a few. Martial arts began to meld into mainstream fitness videos in the form of Tae Bo and Cardio-Boxing.

New aerobics classes have mastered a blend of intense cardio and boxing moves like power jabs and hooks. As you become more adept, you can master any number of combination moves. This type of routine gives you an excellent overall workout and gets you in shape quickly.

Participants in martial arts exercise programs will usually perform their moves on imaginary rivals (you’ve probably seen aerobics trainers shadow-box), although with the appropriate safety precautions they can spar with one another. A well-equipped gym will provide medicine ball, heavy and speed bags, and other tools used to train boxers.

Beat the calories

Kickboxing and other similar training exercises aren’t just great for improving the way your body looks; these programs burn an enormous amount of calories in a relatively short amount of time-up to 600 per hour. They manage to keep your heart rate up at around 185% of its regular rhythm, which is the proper rate for getting cardiovascular benefits.

The long-term effects of boxing training

You reap lots of benefits from boxing classes: increased strength and endurance are some of them. You become more flexible and both muscles and joints grow stronger and better able to withstand movement. Your reflexes and the speed of your movements become stronger and more consistent.

Martial-arts type exercise programs are also great for the lower body, mainly the legs. They teach better balance and show you how to position your body for the most stability.

Moreover, knowledge gained from boxing and kickboxing classes will enhance your defensive skills and may come in handy in dire situations that require drastic measures. You will feel calm yet confident in knowing that you can defend yourself and your loved ones should the need arise.

No more attitude problems

Martial arts aren’t just about physical fitness. They also focus heavily on disciplining your mind and developing your inner self. In doing this, you will learn to deal constructively with stress and worry.

Many aerobic and fitness professionals advice beginners to take up boxing lessons. It allows them to start out at a comfortable pace until they can work themselves up to speed. Boxing training will push your body to the limit provided you are medically fit and conditioned.

Just like other exercise programs, this type of routine requires a lot of effort and a will to succeed. It will not provide an overnight transformation, but if you persist with the training you will be compensated with good health and a beautiful body.
