You Can Eat And Still Lose Lots Of Fat

Fried foods should be avoided like the plague and even when they are not oily on the outside there is still oil hidden inside the food.

Do not eat chocolate as they have a lot of sugar in them and sugar has a lot of calories.

Eat several small meals a day to rev up your metabolism. Not eating actually causes the body to store more food as fat to prevent starvation.

Keep to a vegetarian diet as much as you can. Make a non- vegetarian diet a week end event if you find it impossible to totally give up meat.

You will have to eat a good meal within an hour of waking up in the morning. Doing this will give you more energy to start the day.

Avoid sweet sugary foods. Sugar has a lot of calories and needs to be avoided as much as possible. The more you eat sugar the more you have to workout to burn it off.

Eat fresh vegetables instead of cooked or canned ones because they lose some of the vitamins when cooked. canned veggies are processed and therefore not as healthy as fresh.

Variety in what you eat is important so choose a variety of foods from each food group each day.

Eat 5 to 6 small meals a day instead of three large meals. It is an excellent way of having smaller quantities of food.

Try to have food at fixed times of the day. You can stretch these times by half an hour, but anything more than that is going to affect your eating pattern, the result will either be a loss of appetite or that famished feeling which will make you stuff yourself.

Do not eat just to eat, eat if you are hungry and when you are offered food just eat less of it or decline it altogether.

Snack on vegetables if you must. You might get the pangs of hunger in between meals. It is something that you can very well control.

Never eat more than 1 egg a day. Eggs are not such a bright idea. It would be best to reduce your intake of eggs to maybe three in a week. But for those of you die hard egg fans, you may have up to one egg a day but nothing more than that.

Alcoholic beverages too are not good for you. Beer can be fattening and the rest of the alcoholic drinks may not be fattening by themselves but after a couple of swigs you will be in no position to watch your diet and your appetite too will be something to battle with.

Avoid eating red meat as it is harder to digest, is full of chemicals, growth hormone, antibiotics and more as well as a high fat content. Eat more fish (especially salmon which contains Omega 3 fatty acids) and turkey.

Avoid sugar sweetened drinks and foods as much as possible and if you must then repalce them with sugar substitutes as they still taste sweet but without the calories like sugar has.

Watch your fat intake. Each fat gram contains 9 calories so by reading the total calories on a food and knowing the quantity of fat, you can estimate the % of fat, which should in no way exceed 30% of the food.

Boil your vegetables instead of cooking them, or even better, eat them fresh. However if you do not like eating your vegetables as it is, try steaming them without adding anything at all. This is probably the healthiest way to eat cabbages, cauliflowers and a host of other vegetables.

Dry wine is better than sweet wine. Sweet wines naturally contain a lot of sugar. But on the other hand, in dry wines most of this sugar has been fermented away so from the weight point of view dry wines are better than sweet wines.

In order to digest sugars you need to chew your food at least 15 to 20 times to add more saliva to it in order to digest the sugar.

It is a good idea to find low or no fat foods to replace other types of food. There is now a larger variety of these low fat foods to choose from

Use a non stick frying pan for your cooking so that you do not have to add oil. The golden rule is to try and avoid as much oil as possible and a non stick pan is the perfect solution to this problem.

Weight Loss Myths - Get Thin And Never Regret It

Fat loss myths are everywhere and are helped along with advertising saying you can lose weight with little or no exercise. Often these claims are made to get you to try their product and are completely wrong or only give you half the truth. This article explains the common Fat Loss Tips and gives you the facts behind them.

Myth: You can lose fat from a problem area only. This is a lie, since when you lose body fat it takes it from all over, not just from one part of you. Exercises that target one muscle group will just add muscle there, but you will still have a layer of fat over them. Fat loss happens all over your body, wherever fat is stored.

Myth: Fatty foods cause body fat. Actually, too many calories cause body fat. If you eat more calories then you burn off in a day, your body will convert this to fat for storage. Even too much health food can cause body fat. It’s the numbers of the calories you eat not the type of food you eat.

The Myth: Diets and pills can make you lose fat just like they advertise. In truth, if you use crash diets and pills to lose weight, your body will actually store more fat, not lose it. Once you make your body think it is starving, like diets and pills can do, your metabolism will slow and it will retain the fat thinking it needs it. This can also be unhealthy on your system and cause your metabolism to slow down even further, which can make the fat harder to get off in the long run, too.

The Myth: The best way to lose weight is to do Fat Loss Exercises in the morning on an empty stomach. This is a half-truth, since anytime you can do cardio it has the benefit of burning fat. If you find you aren’t a morning person, then getting up hours early to exercise will cause you to fail because you won’t do it long term. Doing it on an empty stomach may make you feel better, but there’s no more benefit to not eating and exercising then if you’ve ate. The truth is exercise is good no matter when you do it. Quick Weight Loss is what you need.

The True Myth: To lose fat you must burn more calories then you put into your body. This is the one and only myth that is true. Calorie numbers count and you have to eat less then what you burn off. Fat loss works with a healthy diet and exercise.

If you want to lose body fat always check with your doctor first before starting anything for your own health and safety. You can find a gym and talk to a personal trainer, or even get exercise by just walking your dog. The key thing is to get up and exercise and once you do, you’ll feel great and want to continue.

There is no pill or diet to burn fat, and this is where Fat Loss Myths start. Exercise and a healthy diet are the keys to burning fat, and you’ll love the new you get from it. What you need is Fat Burning Tips.
