Herblife Review: Herbalife is a well-known company founded in 1980 to help people improve their nutrition. In the ensuing years, it was expanded to include other quality items, such as personal care products. The founder, Mark Hughes, originally launched the company in Los Angeles, California. A Canadian expansion was undertaken in 1982.

It is interesting to note that is was not only created to help people with their health, but their financial well-being, as well. They provide opportunities for individuals to become distributors of their products. While it is said that their compensation plan is generous, there are also drawbacks. You do have to be able to make an investment. On top of that, you also have to build your customer base, because you won’t sell anything without people to sell to.

One thing you will notice right away on their website is the decided lack of information. If you go to look for it, you instead find a page that wants your contact information. You will not find details on how much of an investment you need to make or how to find customers. Many people are not going to feel comfortable doing this, before they have the answers they are seeking.

It is also notable that while they claim to just help with improving nutrition, their main focus is weight loss. This is the one thing you will see many of their pages focused on. They do have other products available, but dieting products seem to be their main concern for sales. The simple fact of the matter is that not everyone has problems being overweight. To those who do not, it can seem rude when a person or company just assumes that they do.

Another drawback can be the price of the products themselves. They are not exactly what one could consider inexpensive. While they may be great quality items, it does make you wonder if they are worth the price. There are many products on the market that use high-quality nutritional supplements. Some careful shopping might enable you to find items that contain the same ingredients are much better prices.

Even their personal care products carry high price tags. $21 is quite high for a tube of clarifying face mask. There are many people who are willing to pay more for items they believe to be of higher quality. For them, this is great, however those who cannot invest that much have to shop elsewhere. In reality, they would probably have a much broader customer base if their products were more moderately priced.

If you can afford them, Herbalife can provide a way for you to earn money and purchase great products. However, if you cannot afford them, you are better off looking into what else is out there. These natural supplements are made by many different companies and most have more agreeable prices.

It may be wiser to look into one that requires little or no investment on your part. While quality is important, it is usually quantity of sales that earns your income. Make sure to seriously explore all options, before settling on this company.
