Lots of individuals ponder the HCG diet in Utah. While it has recently become drastically well known…it is not a recent phenomenon or a fad dieting program. There are 33 states with an obesity rate over 25 percent. And nine states have obesity stats higher than 30 percent. These states with the worst obesity stats were: W. Virginia. Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, Alabama and Tennessee.

So while the HCG diet in Utah is very popular…it isn’t the state that is most in need of dramatic weight loss. So what accounts for the popularity of the diet in Utah? It could possibly be that people in Utah are more aware of obesity as a health issue; making weight loss more of a priority for Utah citizens. It could be that people in Utah are smarter than those in other states. It could be that the popularity of the diet is just taking longer to reach those in the states with the highest obesity rates.

The most vital thing is the the HCG diet in Utah is the exact same diet that is accessible to people in West Virginia or Alabama or Tennessee, etcetera. it is the same diet that is accessible to everyone throughout the entire country. Every weight loss program is based around basic elements: exercise, diet, calorie counting, point systems, etc. You have to get the right combination of elements to work for you!

Finding the right combination or recipe of weight loss elements can be difficult. Some might say the perfect weight loss diet recipe is elusive. But if you know what aspects to consider it makes pinpointing what will work easier. First decide how much you need to lose and write it down so you can’t vacillate later. Keep your weight loss goal realistic. If you pick an unrealistic goal you’re just setting yourself up for failure.

Think about what you’ve done when dieting in the past. Identify methods that you were already “not successful” at. These are negative choices. You already know they don’t work. Identifying what already didn’t work is a great second step. It could be a pattern of negative choices when it comes to the actual programs or the negative patterns could be more “you” based.

You may have always focused on big weight loss centers. You may have always focused on surgical procedures. You may have always focused on intensive calorie counting programs. Regardless of the fact that these programs have often offered success to others…if they already didn’t offer success to you then they are a negative pattern.

Or it could be that you don’t notice a negative pattern regarding your past choice off programs. It could be more “you” based. Maybe you never finish a weight loss program. Maybe you often quit one to jump on another program before you give it a chance to work for you. Maybe you tend to make too many exceptions to the rules. You can figure out a social venue that has something on the menu that you can eat while dieting or you can refuse to go out; politely, of course. This second option is a very doable option for some of the shorter term diets on the market.

It doesn’t matter what’s been keeping you from losing weight in the past. You can work around it. Everyone is capable of losing weight if they are able to find what works for them; the perfect weight loss diet recipe.
